1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 30000 platform, users are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. 30000 services are not available to anyone under the age of 18. Users must accurately verify their age and identity upon registration. 30000 may amend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation, Security & Personal Responsibility
To create an account on 30000, users must provide accurate and complete information. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. 30000 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account registered with false information.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, contact 30000 support immediately. Any losses resulting from negligence are the user's own responsibility.
- Each user is permitted one account only.
- It is recommended that users change their password regularly.
- Valid identification must be provided when verification is requested.
- Attempting to log in under a false identity may result in permanent account termination.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The 30000 platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or hacking the system.
- Unauthorized collection or use of other users' information.
- Reselling platform services or providing them to third parties for commercial purposes.
- Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games.
- Exploiting any technical glitch or platform error to gain an unfair advantage.
- Intimidating, threatening, or harassing other users.
In the event of a violation, 30000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice and to pursue legal action.
4. Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
All financial transactions on 30000 are conducted in BDT. Users may deposit and withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. 30000 reserves the right to modify transaction timeframes and limits.
Funds will only be returned to the registered payment method used for deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete. To prevent money laundering, 30000 may request identity verification and the reason for a transaction where necessary.
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (may vary by payment method).
- Deposits are usually credited within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
- 30000 reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, 30000 may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. The user concerned will be asked to cooperate during this process.
5. Intellectual Property, Liability & Third Parties
All content on the 30000 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under intellectual property law. Copying, modifying, or distributing any of it without written permission is prohibited.
30000 strives to maintain uninterrupted access to its services; however, disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. 30000 accepts limited liability for any financial losses resulting from such disruptions and is not responsible for the full extent of any losses incurred.
The 30000 platform may include third-party services or links. 30000 is not responsible for the content or policies of any external sites. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
- 30000 is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
- Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from their own decisions.
- Unauthorized republication of platform content will result in legal action.
6. Account Suspension, Amendments & Governing Law
30000 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: breach of terms, evidence of fraud, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Users will generally be notified by email before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
Users may also request account closure at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be returned to the registered payment method, provided no investigation is ongoing.
